Performing Team
Being on a performing team means team membership. Because we dance as a team, we depend on everyone to help make it be successful. Thinking like a team player will make your experience more enjoyable for you and for those around you. If someone lets us down, it hurts the whole team. Not only is good dancing important, but we also feel that being a good team member includes supporting the team. Dancers are expected to work hard at every practice, attend consistently, be punctual, dedicated, responsible, positive, and have great work ethics in order to achieve individual and team goals. Often our performing teams are asked to participate in various community events throughout the year. Full participation in each event is expected of each member. Team members are required to “try your best” to be at all performances. Show Group A will have a maximum of two shows a month. Show Group B will have a maximum of one show every other month. Performing Team is recommended for serious dancers only.
